Description
This is a specialist course based on current knowledge in aesthetic medicine, dermatology and skin biology. Its aim is to give you the knowledge and practical skills to plan and perform combination therapies – the approach that shows the highest effectiveness.
Evidence-based programme

- The biology of skin ageing
- Radiofrequency and microneedling RF (nanoneedling)
- Fractional lasers
- HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound)
- Biostimulators: CaHA, PLLA, vitamin C, PRP (platelet-rich plasma) + mesotherapy
Combination treatments – clinical strategies
Sample protocols
The most effective therapeutic approach is multimodal – matching the technology to the dominant problem:
- neuromodulators – for muscle overactivity
- HIFU/MFU-V – for deep laxity
- radiofrequency (RF) – for poor skin quality and superficial laxity
- fractional lasers – for static wrinkles and photoageing
- electrical stimulation and exercise – as supporting methods
Research shows that synergistic combinations of technologies (e.g. HIFU + RF, laser + LADD, RF + biostimulators) deliver better, more complete results than single treatments, because they act on several layers of facial tissue at the same time (Bustos et al., 2024; Tam et al., 2025; Li et al., 2022).
Benefits of synergy:
- greater neocollagenesis
- shorter recovery time
- better clinical results than monotherapy
