Order processing time
- Confirmation – after placing an order you receive an e-mail confirming it.
- Courses – payment within 3 business days; once received, we reserve your place and send the practical details. Access to online courses is sent by e-mail.
- Products – the dispatch time is shown on the product page and in the cart, counted from receipt of payment (or from the order date for cash on delivery).
- Medical devices – before fulfilment we may ask for documents confirming that you are authorised to use the device.
- Made-to-order devices – the lead time is agreed individually in the quotation.
